Welcome to Krushipandhari Agritourism and Farmstay. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request all guests to read them carefully before confirming your stay.

Our agritourism farmstay is a smoke-free and alcohol-free — relax, unwind, and let nature refresh your soul.

Booking & Payment

Advance Payment: A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and any other options listed on our official website.
Group Bookings: For group reservations, school trips, or corporate outings, please contact us directly to discuss customized arrangements and availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations Made:

- - 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment.
  - 3 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance payment.
  - Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

Postponement: You may reschedule your booking once (within one month of the original check-in date), subject to availability.No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: From 12:00 PM onward
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
ID Requirement: All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, etc.).

Accommodation Policies

Occupancy: Each accommodation unit has a defined maximum occupancy. Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Room Service: We do not provide room service. All meals are served at our designated dining areas.
Guest Essentials: Guests are requested to carry their own toiletries. Basic hygiene kits may be available on request.

Farm Etiquette & Safety Guidelines

Eco-Friendly Practices: Kindly avoid littering and use the designated dustbins provided across the property.
Prohibited Activities: Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in rooms and public farm areas.
Safety Measures:
- Do not enter restricted or unsupervised zones of the farm.
- Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Wildlife Awareness: Our farm is home to various natural species. Insects, birds, and small animals may be encountered—please treat all wildlife with care and caution.

Activities & Facilities

Activity Schedule: Guided farm tours, bird-watching walks, and rural workshops are organized as per a fixed schedule. Refer to our Activity Calendar for details.
Participation Rules: Some activities may require advance registration or a minimum number of participants.

Liability Disclaimer

Valuables: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The farm is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
Risks & Injuries: Participation in any farm activities is at the guest’s own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during your visit.

Pet Policy

Pets Allowed: We are a pet-friendly farm. However, pet owners must ensure their animals are well-behaved, leashed when required, and do not cause disturbance or damage.

Guest Conduct

Noise Policy: We request guests to maintain peace and reduce noise, particularly after 10:00 PM.
Respect & Decorum: Polite and respectful behavior towards staff and other guests is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior may lead to early check-out without refund.

Amendments & Updates

Policy Revisions: Krushipandhari Agritourism and Farmstay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
