Booking Policy – Krushipandhari Agritourism & Farmstay
Thank you for choosing Krushipandhari Agritourism & Farmstay. To ensure a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience, please carefully read our booking policies before making a reservation.
Our agritourism farmstay is a smoke-free and alcohol-free — relax, unwind, and let nature refresh your soul.
Booking Guidelines
- Advance Booking Required
- All visits and stays must be booked in advance. Walk-in guests are not permitted.
- Booking Channels
- Bookings accepted via website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Advance Payment
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable on arrival.
- Booking Confirmation
- Confirmation is sent via email/WhatsApp/SMS within 24 hours of payment.
- Guest Details & Compliance
- Full guest details and valid government-issued ID proof are mandatory as per legal norms.
- Agriculture & Crop Awareness
- Guests should be aware that they will be visiting active fruit orchards (mango, coconut, cashew, guava, chikoo) and vegetable farms where some farming activities might be ongoing during their visit.
- Respect for Crops & Farm Property
- Visitors are requested to respect the plants, trees, and farm installations and avoid plucking fruits or damaging crops without prior permission.
Rescheduling Policy –
- One-time rescheduling allowed if requested 5 days prior to visit.
- Late rescheduling may attract fees or may not be possible.
- No rescheduling within 48 hours of arrival.
Cancellation Policy-
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before visit.
- 50% refund for cancellations 3-6 days prior.
- No refund for cancellations within 2 days or no-shows.
- Exceptions apply for natural calamities or government restrictions.
- Group Bookings & Corporate Events
- Groups 10+ require full advance payment.
- Non-refundable but reschedulable with notice.
- Customized packages and special arrangements available.
Check-in & Check-out Timing-
- Farmstay check-in at 12:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- One-Day Tour timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and charges.
Privacy Policy for Bookings
- Personal data is kept confidential, used only for booking and compliance.
- Secure payment gateways protect financial data.
- No data sharing with third parties without consent.
Photography & Social Media
- Personal photography allowed; commercial use requires permission.
- Respect other guests’ privacy.
- Promotional use of photos/videos by us unless opted out.
Child & Pet Policy
- Children under 5 stay free; older children pay regular rates.
- Pets allowed only with prior approval; strict rules apply.
Health, Safety & Guest Self-Precautions
- Natural Environment Awareness
- The farm is a living ecosystem with dense vegetation and wildlife habitats. Visitors should be mindful of insects, snakes, and small wild animals.
- Wear Appropriate Clothing
- We recommend closed footwear, long sleeves, and insect repellent to prevent bites or allergies.
- Avoid Restricted Areas
- Some farm zones and animal enclosures are off-limits for safety and farm hygiene.
- Allergy & Medical Conditions
- Inform us about any allergies or medical conditions prior to booking. Carry personal medication if needed.
- Supervise Children
- Children must be supervised at all times around farm machinery, animals, ponds, and natural water bodies.
- Do Not Feed Animals
- Feeding farm or wild animals is prohibited to maintain their health and safety.
- Avoid Littering
- Help us keep the environment clean by disposing of waste only in designated bins.
- Respect Crop Areas
- Do not touch, damage, or pick fruits and plants without permission.
Agricultural & Educational Experience
- Guests get a chance to observe and learn about seasonal farming cycles of mango, cashew, coconut, chikoo, guava, and other crops.
- Participate in hands-on workshops on organic farming, composting, and beekeeping.
- Understand traditional and scientific farming practices directly from experts.
- Learn how fruits are grown, harvested, and processed on a working farm.
- Gain awareness about sustainable agriculture, biodiversity, and farm ecology.
Check-in & Check-out Timing
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Timely check-out is appreciated so we can prepare for the next guests.
ID Proof is Mandatory
- Indian nationals must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- International guests must present an original passport as per legal requirements.
Meals & Dining Policy
We serve authentic Maharashtrian Konkani veg and non-veg meals made from fresh, seasonal farm ingredients.
Meals are served only in our common dining area during fixed hours:
- Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Extra lunch (for early arrivals or guests not on full board) is ₹500 per person.
Seafood (fish or crab dishes) can be arranged based on availability and must be pre-ordered at extra cost.
Special Food Options
- Local delicacies like gavathi chicken, fried fish, or seasonal crab curry are available at additional cost, depending on daily catch and availability.
No Mineral Bottles – RO Water Provided
- In support of sustainability, we do not provide plastic water bottles.
- Guests are served filtered RO drinking water at all times. We encourage you to carry reusable bottles.
Electricity Backup
- Our farmstay is supported with inverter and generator backup for uninterrupted power supply during outages.
- Please note: Air conditioners will not operate on backup systems to conserve energy.
Driver Stay & Meals
- Driver accommodation is provided free of charge (basic room).
- Driver’s food (vegetarian dinner and breakfast) is available at ₹400/day, which will be added to the guest’s bill.
- Strictly No Alcohol, Smoking, or Tobacco Use
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or chewing tobacco is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Please help us maintain a clean and respectful farm environment.
Eco-Responsibility
- Guests are requested to carry back all plastic brought from outside (bags, bottles, sanitary items, wrappers, etc.).
- Our mission is to conserve nature and maintain a zero-waste farm.
Safety & Farm Etiquette
- As we operate an active farm, please avoid restricted zones like crop areas, animal sheds, and machinery sheds.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Do not feed or disturb the animals.
Extra Charges
- Any add-ons (extra meals, seafood, special activities, etc.) must be paid directly at the farmstay.
