Cancellations & Refunds

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled visit.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the visit date.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival or in case of no-shows.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment mode.
  • Please note that we do not enjoy applying the cancellation charges mentioned above but those are mandatory to safeguard the interest of both ends of the matter. Request you to not put us into an awkward situation by asking us to reconsider the above in case of any cancellations.
  • We should receive your cancellation request within stipulated time through e-mail only. Telephonic Communications will not be considered.
  • Cancellation charges mentioned above are applicable on total amount of billing of your stay
  • If you have booked your stay for certain no of nights & after arriving if you wish to reduce the duration of your stay the charges for the period originally booked will be applicable.
  • In case you want to postpone the booking then we will deduct 50% amount from the booking advance & adjust the remaining advance in future bookings. Future bookings will be adjusted as per availability & for the same no of persons & same no of nights of the previous booking. One-time rescheduling allowed if requested 5 days prior to visit.

General Terms

  • Booking confirmation is valid only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • Tariffs are subject to change during peak seasons, weekends, festivals, or special events.
  • Any modification in the number of guests must be informed in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
